Multimedia Museum of the Imola Racetrack Checco Costa
The Checco Costa Museum is the exhibition space dedicated to automobiles and located in the picturesque setting of Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari. Since Spring, 2019 it hosts an exhibition on Ayrton Senna, that tells the story of the Brazilian champion through an innovative and immersive narration. A journey back in time and, at the same time, a fight against time, a timeless myth. A journey to push beyond one’s limits. A pursuit filled with mysticism and inwardness.
Museum of Firefighting, Mantova
This museum, which occupies four rooms at a local castle was opened in 1991. There are hand pumps from the 18th century, in the 2nd and 3rd room a lot of fire engines, amphibious vehicles and fire trucks. In the fourth room there are uniforms, helmets and a helicopter from 1956.
Museum of Industrial Heritage
This comprehensive museum showcases the industrial history of Bologna. "In the motor section we come across motorcycle stories and companies with a particular look at the components sector essential for producing the different parts, and then the car industry as seen through the eyes of the Maserati brothers, first in their workshop in via dei Pepoli from 1914, then in the OSCA workshop in San Lazzaro from 1947."
