Germany's biggest fire department museum displays approximately 14.000 exhibits on over 4000 square meters. Amongst others, one can see 100 vehicles used since the establishment of the fire department. You can look at some rare vehicles from the GDR, as well as helmet and coin collections from the entire world.

Automobil-Park Auwärter

Konrad Auwärter realised one of his lifelong ambitions by putting together this incredible museum, which charts the story of both the Auwärter company and Neoplan buses and the story of coachbuilding in general. There is also a separate section on Glas, Reutter and Porsche. A really nice museum, which is just a stone's throw away from the Neoplan factory in Pilsting.

"We have one of the finest collections of historic and antique cars in Canada South, most of them owned by the museum. We also have the only EMS museum in Canada. In our village, we have over 20 historic buildings, originating from various areas of Essex County. We conduct many automotive museum and village tours on a daily basis and we see thousands of school children attend the village every year to be a “Pioneer for a Day”."
