"Jesús Mingo" Motorcycle Museum
Jesus de Mino was a pioneer motorist in Spain. His grandchildren set up this museum which has a collection of over 80 classic motorcycles
AntigueRallye Motorcycle Museum
Vicenç Folgado was a motorcycle racer who set up this museum where more than 100 motorcycles are shown. Additionally there are some cars and a lot of automobilia.
Army Museum
The Alcázar, a military academy in the 18th and 19th centuries, and a notorious symbol of nationalism in the Spanish Civil Wars, has since 2010 has been the site of Spain’s army museum, an amalgamation of several institutions. It has a huge collection, totalling more than 35,000 items including knives, swords, firearms, artillery pieces, flags, uniforms and medals. It includes leather shields and breech-loading shotguns used by the army.
Automobile Museum of Barcelona
The Antic Car Club of Catalunya was set up in 1974 and today it is a respected organisation with a lot of fine cars. Some of them are shown at the club headquarters' museum.
Bassella Motorcycle Museum
Recognised as one of the best museums in Europe, it has become an icon for all motorsport fans and an obligatory stop in the route to Andorra. This is a 1000sqm exhibition with more than 190 national and international motorcycles, where some of them are considered to be unique pieces in the world. In the centre of the Museum stands out the original workshop where Mario Soler refurbished the majority of motorcycles that shape the present collection.
Caldes de Boí Motorcycle Museum
Visit the permanent exhibition of classic motorcycles located in the Health Resort of Caldes de Boí, with more than 80 road motorcycles made in Spain between 1940 and 1985.
Catalunya Museum of Science and Technology
The creation of today’s National Museum of Science and Technology was an old Catalan ambition. The Association of Engineers, which drove the project forward from 1976, had already tried to set up a museum at the end of the 19th century. The dream was realized in the 1980s. As part of the museum, the collection of cars, lorries, engines, aeroplanes, motorbikes and bicycles on show at the mNACTEC takes us on a journey through the history of transport, from its beginnings in Spain in 1857 up to our own times.
Cultural Museum of RACE Foundation
The car collection of the Museum of the RACE Cultural Foundation the history of the automobile from its beginning: Delahaye, 1899, Hispano Suzie, Delaunay Belleville, etc. before 1910 and some newer units but also representative of different eras.The collection resides at the Jarama Circuit.
Eduardo Barreiros Museum
Eduardo Barreiros was a Spanish businessman, a private enterpreneur when there wasn't many around in Spain. His company Barreiros manufactured engines, trucks, buses, tractors and automobiles. He took up licence of Simca and also assembled various Dodge models. This museum shows various products by the company and also traces the life of Barreiros.
