Museum of Industrial Culture
The Museum Industriekultur was opened in a former screw factory in 1988. Its exhibition focuses on the history of industrialisation, with an emphasis on everyday life and living conditions, public infrastructure, transport and energy. This museum is not about the ‘big story’. It tells smaller, more intimate stories about the industrial past of Nuremberg. A large section is devoted to locally built motorcycles - Victoria, Ardie etc. Additionally the the museum showcases several automobiles that were built in Nuremberg.
Museum of Military and Contemporary History
Günther Weissenseel grew up in postwar Franconia, surrounded by the region’s history. His youthful friendship with American soldiers grew into an avid interest in all things military. He collected documents, uniforms, weapons, trucks, tanks, even field kitchens. He gathered German, American and, later, Soviet relics wherever he could find them. In 1994, he and some friends created the Military History Club Franconia with the hopes of displaying some of the pieces he had gathered.
Museum of Motorcycle and Technology Leiningerland
The museum association was founded in April 1991. In 2001 the museum was opened to the public. Today there are around 70 motorized two-wheelers and lot of memorabilia in the exhibition.
Museum of Old Motorcycles and Technology Großschönau
The MC Robur Zittau Club set up this museum in 1992, which is now showing cars and motorcycles made in the region

Reinhard Bareinz's collection of tractors, stationary engines and motorcycles are displayed in this museum.
Museum Walters
The Museum “Walters Oldtimer” Knittlingen e.V. association was founded on August 18, 2016. He expands the sponsorship and thus permanently secures the cultural significance of the collection created by Mr. Pfitzenmeier.
The collection includes technical systems, agricultural equipment, agricultural machinery, historical tools, writings,
Musical instruments and evidence of village life in Knittlingen.

This exhibition talks about the everyday life in East Germany including a few motorcycles and a Trabant.
