Museum founder Mykhailo Prudnikov sent us the following information: Технічний музей «Машини Часу» (Dnipro Science and Technology Museum “Time Machines”) has about 5000 exhibits, including more than 100 units of retro equipment: cars, motorbikes, etc. For ten years of its activity the museum has prepared several expositions, implemented many cultural projects, exhibitions, events, introduced VR technologies and digital interactives. All projects of our museum are topical and relevant. From the moment of the Russian Federation's open invasion of the territory of Ukraine in February 2022, a full-scale war has been going on in our country, unfortunately, the biggest war in Europe since the end of the Second World War. The museum makes every effort to continue its work despite the constant risk of air threats, opening new projects and exhibitions dedicated to the resilience of the Ukrainian people, collecting exhibits resulting from missile attacks by Russian aggressors on civilian objects in the city of Dnipro. As an example, one of the recent cultural events prepared and held in the museum of the “Time Machines” was a thematic installation “(Un)BROKEN”. The central object of this artwork was a Ukrainian-made passenger car, which was located in the yard of the apartment building in the central part of Dnipro, destroyed by a Russian missile on April 19, 2024.
