Streetlife Museum of Transport
Climb aboard at Streetlife Museum of Transport with all the sights, sounds and smells of the past. As you enter the main museum galleries you are presented with a fine display of trams and motor cars. Of particular note is Tram 132, the last surviving tram in Hull colours and an 1882 Kitson Steam Tram Locomotive. Experience 200 years of transport history as you walk down a 1940’s high street, board a tram or enjoy the pleasures of a carriage ride Enter the Motor Car Gallery through the ‘Cycle & Motor Works’ and explore the Cycle Workshop where an early Quadricycle is in for repairs.
Studio 434
Rodger Dudding's Studio 434 collection does not claim this to be a museum collection, it’s the personal collection of an entrepreneurial businessman who just loves cars. However with over 400 cars on display, this is claimed to be the biggest collection in the United Kingdom.
Swansea Bus Museum
This award-winning museum restores, displays and operates buses that were once a popular sight on roads around Swansea and in regular use by public transport companies which served the population of South and West Wales. It is a go to place for visitors to the Swansea Bay region as well as performing an educational role.
The Bugatti Trust
A small fraternity of Bugatti enthusiasts gathered in October 1987, led by the late Hugh Graham Conway, and Bugatti Molsheim Limited, now known as The Bugatti Trust, was born. Hugh was acknowledged as the leading Bugatti authority of his time. The Trust was conceived as a repository for Hugh’s extensive historical collection of photographs, correspondence and Bugatti factory drawings and documents. The sale of one of Hugh Conway’s Bugattis funded construction of the Prescott Visitor Centre in which the collection is now housed.
The Bus Collection at Alford
As the part of The Aberdeen & District Transport Preservation Trust that was created in 2006 by a group of public transport professionals to ensure that represents examples of the local public transport vehicles which served the North East are available for future generations to appreciate. As much as possible, vehicles in the Trust’s care are returned to running condition and are presented to the public at a variety of exhibitions in Aberdeen City and Shire as well as further afield.
The David Silver Honda Collection
David Silver Spares is a well-known supplier of Honda parts all over the world. David Silver also collected a vast array of motorcycles, which are shown in a museum since 2016. The museum features over 200 Honda motorcycles produced from the beginning in 1947 through to 1992. The collection is based within a all-new purpose built showroom and spans over two floors.
The National Motorcycle Museum

The Salisbury Museum
The Salisbury Museum tells the story of a unique landscape which has been the cradle of continuous human achievement for over half a million years. The main strength of the museum rests in its archaeological collections. However in July, 2024 three new galleries have been opened to the public, including a locally made Scout Car from 1912 on display for the first time.
Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum
Thinktank redefines the concept of a science museum. Think of it more as a way to discover the world around you and the life you lead. The Science and Industry collection covers power, transport, manufacturing, communications, weapons, and clocks and watches. Key exhibits include the impressive Spitfire and Hurricane aircraft, and the huge ‘City of Birmingham’ locomotive. The Railton Mobil Special is a car that formerly held the world land speed record, while the Smethwick Engine, designed and built by James Watt, is the oldest working steam engine in the world.
