Historical Museum of Motorized Military
This Museum was founded in 1955 to start collecting "all the technical, historical and sporting material of the Military motorization, in any case in the possession of the various Army Bodies and Departments". Since then, over the years, through a patient, diligent and passionate work of research and selection, the Museum has been considerably enriched, so much so that today it holds the almost complete collection of motor vehicles that were adopted by the Italian Army from the very beginning of motorization up to more modern times, as well as mechanical details and extensive photographic documentation. Many of the vehicles are in working order and are exhibited for static exhibitions and paraded on the occasion of ceremonies or special events.
Opening times: last Saturday of the month: 9 AM to 12 or call for an appointment.
