Automobile Museum, Vila Nova de Famalicão
At this museum the visitor is strolled through the evolution of automobile design throughout the 20th century with about 150 vehicles. As a must-stop place for classic cars, motorcycles, bicycles and prototypes, the Museum presents a dynamic exhibition, marked by the frequent changes of the vehicles on display.
In the final part of the exhibition, one can find part of the exhibition, one can find a collection of wall clocks produced by the former National Clock Factory "A Boa Reguladora", the only factory that was once dedicated to the manufacture and maintenance of clocks in the entire Iberian Peninsula.
Open to the public since 2013, this museum contributes to affirm the city of Famalicão as the Antique Automobile Capital, with the mission of promoting knowledge about the automobile historical evolution and its impact on the societies of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Opening times: Monday through Friday, from 10h00 to 12h30 and from 14h00 to 17h30. The museum is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
