Diego de Henriquez War Museum for Peace
The collection contains documents relating to both World Wars, but the centenary year of the outbreak of the Great War was considered an appropriate time to open the new museum, with most of the available space reserved for exhibits related to that earlier conflict, some of them unique and extraordinary. The first part of the museum was opened with an emphasis on inclusivity, as its creator wished.
Ducati Museum
Located at the Ducati factory headquarters, the 1,000 sq/mt Ducati Museum highlights 50 years of racetrack heritage. The Museum has preserved over half a century of Ducati racing history and also the history of the company (before it produced motorcycles) founded by the Ducati brothers in 1926. From the popular post-World War II "Cucciolo" to the more recent breakthrough with the Desmosedici, the museum highlights 50 years of Ducati technological innovation, award-winning design and, above all, exceptional racetrack performance.
Dune Museum
This is a well-known museum among Yamaha aficionados, which was put together by Angelo Caprotti and Filippo Colombo. It pays particular attention to African rallies such as Paris-Dakar, Pharaohs Rally, Incas Rally, Atlas Rally and many others. Some motorcycles are in their original state, others completely restored.
Elio Brunelli's Guzzi Collection
Elio Brunelli, the former president of the ASI motorcycle events comission put together this collection, with a particular focus on Moto Guzzi, made between 1930-1970. Every motorcycle is ASI approved. The museum is dedicated to Augusto Farnetti, one of the greatest world motorcycle experts of the time.
Emanuele Ricci Automobile Museum
It was born from the initiative of Renato Ricci, son of the owner of the company "Emanuele Ricci" - an entrepreneur known since the 1940s for the marketing of chemicals, lubricants and tires - and has long been committed to promoting regional sport. About thirty cars, a van, two trucks, a mobile crane, a tractor and one of the first Piaggio Ape three-wheelers are shown.
Enzo Ferrari Museum, Modena
This is a museum dedicated to one of Italy’s most celebrated legends, unquestionably one of the leading lights of the Twentieth Century, Enzo Ferrari, man, driver and carmaker: the history of car racing. The new museum, built with an investment of some 18 million euros, stands on the ruins of the old house where Enzo Ferrari was born in 1898.
Ferdinando Giannini's Museum
Among the peculiarities of the exhibition is the auto repair shop of the 1900s, the first velocipede and the Bersaglieri bike, motorcycles, cars and, among all, the Fiat 1500 cabriolet from 1937, a unique specimen, made by Pininfarina for Benito Mussolini who later donated it to his son Bruno. Also on display are telegraphs, radio recorders, TVs, gramophones, magic lanterns, projectors, machines and accessories for photography, calculating machines, typewriters, sewing machines, coins, ivory objects, stamps, surgery devices and much more.
Ferrari Museum, Maranello
The Ferrari Museum in Maranello provides visitors with an experience that allows them to discover the history of the Group, of Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1 and of the most iconic track and road cars that have written the history of the Prancing Horse, and continue to do so today.
Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum
The Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum narrates the life of Ferruccio through his mechanical creations and a vast archive of family’s photos. This place, conceived and founded by the entrepreneur Tonino Lamborghini to celebrate his father, was inaugurated in 2014. Inside 9,000 sqm. the Museum holds all the industrial productions of Doctor of Engineering (Hon. Causa) Lamborghini, from the first Carioca tractor which started his company in 1947, to the most important tractors of the ‘50s,’60s and ‘70s.
Fiat 500 Museum, Calascibetta
For die-hard fans of the ubiquitous Italian minicar, which was produced from the 1950s to the 1970s this tiny museum of memoribilia and other related objects by Pietro Folisi is highly recommended.
