Jedimar Museum

Jedimar is an acronym of ‘Jesús Diez Martínez,’ founder of TurBus. He worked as a watchmaker, ventured into the manufacture of micro bodies (buses) and worked with passion on the repair of engines. His also the founder of the Old Automobile Club of Chile.

Today the Jedimar collection is perhaps one of the most varied private collections of old and classic vehicles in South America. His son Jesús Diez González has been the depositary and continuation of it, and as a contribution to the Bicentennial of the country, with the support of the Tur Bus Company, he has decided to show the community the most representative of this collection in the facilities of the old sugar plant of the ‘Societe Francaise du Sucreríes au Chili’, built at the beginning of the 20th century and restored in 2009.
