National Automuseum – The Loh Collection's new special exhibition is
dedicated to special Mercedes-Benz 190 Cars, including the 1992 DTM car
of Klaus Ludwig, Mercedes Benz 190 EVO II # 001 and # 500, the HWA EVO #
001, the HWA EVO PT01 prototype, as well as the HWA EVO.R race car. The cars will be on display only fro the next six weeks.

Have you seen the "Stunning Lincolns" at the Early Ford V-8 Museum yet? For a limited time, the elegant 1929 Lincoln Model L Sedan on loan by Keith Flesher is joining the museum's 1937 Lincoln Zephyr Coupe and 1940 Lincoln Zephyr Continental Cabriolet for a special exhibit. On the wall behind the vehicles is a gallery of professional photos from the personal collection of Ford head designer Bob Gregorie (donated by Chris Koch) depicting Lincoln prototypes and other design projects that were born in the design and engineering building at Ford headquarters in Dearborn, MI.

On July 20, the National Automobile Museum - the Schlumpf Collection at Mulhouse had the honour of welcoming Mr. and Mrs. Chinai, trustees of the Dastan Autoworld Museum in India, to inaugurate a space dedicated to a special 1927 Hispano-Suiza H6C, once owned by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh of Alwar Province in India. The car has recently been voted Best of Show at the Concours d'Elegance Schlumpf and will be on display in the museum until the end of the summer

The latest addition to The Wheatcroft Collection is this wonderful 1964 Ford Anglia race car. The museum's intention is to transform it into a tribute to the late Roger Williamson, who was the works driver throughout his Formula 3, Formula 2 and Formula 1 career with Team Wheatcroft. Roger's racing journey began in karting before progressing to Minis and, of course, his famous Ford Anglia, making this project particularly special to the museum.

This 1985 Rover SD1 Vanden Plas has just arrived at the National Automobile Museum of Tasmania. In 1971, Rover, then part of British Leyland, began development of a new executive car designed to replace both the Rover P6 and Triumph 2000/2500 ranges. The finished result, the Rover SD1, entered production in 1976 initially in V8 form only, with 2.3 and 2.6-litre six-cylinder versions following in November 1977. Initially, the SD1 sold extremely well and was awarded European Car of the Year in 1977. However, despite widespread praise for its design, performance and handling, a number of period reviews criticised inconsistent build quality. Despite its reputation in press, many owners considered the criticism unfair and praised the SD1’s comfort, driving ability and economy.

This beautiful and very late, indeed one of the last, BMW 1502 from 1977 was added to the collection of Automuseum Wolfegg von Nicolas Flosbach on July 23. The 1502, an economy model able to run on cheaper low-octane regular gas, was introduced in 1975 in response to increased gasoline prices resulting from global petroleum shortage. It had the same 1573 cc engine displacement as the 1602, but a lower 8.0:1. compression ratio reduced power to 75 PS (55 kW; 74 hp).  While the rest of the 02 Series was replaced in 1975 by the E21 3 Series, the 1502 continued until 1977.

The Filipino-American family behind the The Jeep Guy Museum is beyond excited to finally welcome a
Jeepney into their museum. The Philippine jeepney holds a unique
place in the history and heritage of the jeep because it transformed a
military vehicle into a symbol of everyday life, creativity, and
national identity for the Filipinos. The owner's of the museum can’t wait to bring this
beautiful piece of history back to life and share it with everyone who
visits our museum.

Public
Road Exhibition's Csepel D344 workshop truck has arrived from Monor,
where it underwent a major aesthetic restoration thanks to the experts
of Colas Hungária. Following
the bodywork and upholstery work, it was repainted, and after receiving
it, the museum's unloaded it and moved it under a covered shed
alongside its D450 and D710 counterparts. To be continued…

The restoration of the Polish Bałtyk bus is now well underway at the Motoring Museum Wena. The steel structure is currently under construction, but that's where every unique project begins. The restoration process commenced three months ago, and the museum’s staff still has a lot of work ahead, and plans to show the entire process step by step.

On July 18, the Museum of Rally celebrated five years of a project dedicated to preserving the memory of Portugal rallies and had the honour of paying tribute to one of the greatest names in Portuguese motorsport: Armindo Araújo.
It was a day filled with immense emotion, sharing, and recognition. The museum received visits from members of the government, representatives of various entities, partners, drivers, navigators, clubs, and hundreds of rally enthusiasts.

The M24 Motorsport Museum has reported that it already passed 100,000 visitors since it opened on 28 May. The museum's staff is delighted that so many people are interested in the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the men and women who make motor racing so great. The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is open to visit throughout the summer.

Stellantis NV is considering opening the former Dodge Viper factory in Detroit as a place where the public could explore dozens of rare classic cars and concept vehicles. The Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram maker has long stored a number of its most cherished cars at the former Conner Avenue Assembly Plant, which built Viper sports cars until 2017. The building sometimes hosts events including new-vehicle presentations for journalists, though it's not open to the public.
