15 Years of Ferrari Design On Display At MAuto
The National Automobile Museum - Mauto in Turin, Italy inaugurated the exhibition “Ferrari Design. Creative Journeys 2010-2025” on 14 November. The temporary exhibition was developed in collaboration with the Ferrari Style Center and Ferrari Museums and it is open to the public until Sunday, March 8, 2026. At the same time, the museum is inaugurating a new permanent section dedicated to car design, alongside a space for exhibiting cars according to rotating themes, the first of a long series of planned exhibitions being dedicated to Ferrari. On display are eleven cars that represent the distillation of the work of the team led by Flavio Manzoni. Drawings and images of the making of the cars testify to an approach that seeks formal beauty that is never an end in itself, with aesthetic solutions that are always aimed at function and performance.
Matra Museum Prepares New Exhibition: “The Origins of the Automobile”
Before becoming an everyday object, the automobile was first and foremost an extraordinary human, technical, and social adventure. This is the story told by the exhibition "The Origins of the Automobile," on display from November 22, 2025, to March 8, 2026, at the Matra Museum. From the first models of the late 19th century to the icons of the 1920s, the exhibition brings together 16 cars and 11 motorcycles that bear witness to the ingenuity of the pioneers. Among them, an elegant 1898 Darracq Perfecta, a testament to the early days of the industry, sits alongside a sporty and elegant 1927 Amilcar CGSS. Between the two, we encounter legendary names: Hispano-Suiza, Delahaye, and the popular Ford Model T. On the two-wheeled side, the exotic 1902 Auto-Fauteuil (armchair car) stands in dialogue with the robust machines of Peugeot, René Gillet, Husqvarna, and Nimbus.
“Vroom: Toy Cars And Big Kids” Is Coming to Mulhouse
The National Automobile Museum in Mulhouse, France is preparing a new temporary exhibition. "Vroom: Toy Cars and Big Kids" is set to open on 20 December. It will pay tribute to the fascinating world of miniature cars, those little racing machines that have captivated generations since the 1940s. There will be displays of iconic 1/43 scale models, a nod to the the legendary Norev brand, which is celebrating its 80th anniversary, as well as a diverse collection of vintage toys, everyday children's objects, and pedal cars shown.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum Launches New Exhibition: “Setting The Pace”
"Setting the Pace" showcases eight Indianapolis 500 pace cars through history. The rotating exhibition highlights the legacy of pace cars, a tradition that started at the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911 and continues to this day. The exhibition is open until June, 2026
NAMT Introduces New Theme Display ‘SANDMAN’
The National Automobile Museum of Tasmania is celebrating the iconic Holden Sandman, a sports coupé utility and panel van which was produced from 1974 to 1980. In addition to nicely restored cars there are automobilia on display as well.
New Museum Opens in Hungary
Hódmezővásárhely, in southeast Hungary, now hosts a new museum, which is the result of Sándor Konyecsni’s decades-long collecting work. There are hundreds of items, such as old computers, household appliances, radios and other everyday objects which recall life in 20th century Hungary. Obviously there are scooters, motorcycles and cars as well.The museum can currently be visited only on Sundays.

Curated by Rodolphe Rapetti, Chief Curator of Heritage, the exhibition, produced with the full support of the Automobile Club of Monaco, will offer a journey to the heart of Monaco's passion for the automobile, a passion that has always been shared by the Princely Family.
1959 Desoto Firedome Joins the Colletion of Burgess Garage Car Museum
The latest addition to Burgess Garage Car Museum’s collection is this beautiful 1959 Desoto Firedome Sportsman Coupe with a 383 V8 and push button automatic. A total of 2,744 Firedome coupes were built in 1959, priced from $3,795.
Motor Museum of Western Australia Presents 1974 Triumph Dolomite Sprint
On display for a limited time at Motor Museum of Western Australia, the 1974 Triumph Dolomite Sprint is a performance-oriented version of the Dolomite saloon, notable for being the first mass-produced 16-valve car and the first British car to have alloy wheels as standard. Fewer than 20 examples were estimated to be in some countries, making it a rare and unique classic car.
1913 Presto Is On Display at Bauskas Motormuzejs
Bauska Motor Museum, a subsidiary of the acclaimad Riga Motor Museum now displays a 1913 Presto. The Germany company produced around 8000 cars between 1907 and 1927.
1967 Saab 96 V4 Arrives at Metropole Museum

Motte Museum Welcomes 1934 Ford Tudor Street Rod

Directory of Digitised Automotive Magazines Is Now Part of World For Motor Museum’s Knowledge Center
The Directory of Digitised Automotive Magazines was born from an idea proposed by members of the Society of Automotive Historians in the USA and has been realised by the editor of automuseums.info with support from the Central Garage museum in Germany. It currently lists 97 magazines from different countries (USA, France, Germany, Italy, Poland etc.), with new entries added continuously. The feature was developed by Synergy Marketing.
