DESCRIPTION
“The Powerhouse Museum, the biggest Museum in Sydney is part of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, presents exhibitions and programs based on the ideas and technologies that have changed our world, and the stories of the people who inspire and create them. Our purpose is to enable visitors to discover and be inspired by human ingenuity.”
2025: the Museum is undergoing a transformation. Cars, motorcycles and other transportation objects are exhibited at the Castle Hill location, which is a storehouse for the Powerhouse Collection, supporting research and conservation. It forms part of the Museum Discovery Centre.

The Discovery Centre is open during weekends 10 AM to 4 PM
