“This, the largest private military history museum to be found in Central Europe, is operated by the Foundation of the Ground Forces of the Czech Army. The establishment focuses on 20th-century military technology and modern military history, with a special emphasis on the conclusion of military operations. The museum enables a non-traditional location of individual exhibits, of which more than a hundred are located out in the open. Housed in a former barracks, the museum has a special symbolic value, while enjoying a unique status among similar establishments both in this country and abroad.”
