Museum Information
DESCRIPTION
The Charterhouse Museum in Molsheim, France, houses the Bugatti Foundation within a former Carthusian monastery that served as a religious community from 1598 to 1792. The museum itself, founded in 1946, displays local history, archaeology, and religious art, while the Bugatti Foundation specifically preserves the memory of Ettore Bugatti (1881β1947) through a small exhibition featuring three cars, a chassis, unusual objects, furniture, and documents related to the Bugatti family and their factory established in the city in 1909.
