New Exhibition Alert: “Bugatti and the Birth of the Automobile in the Northern Vosges”
The Alsace Verte Tourist Office has announced a new exhibition: "De Dietrich, Bugatti and the Birth of the Automobile in the Northern Vosges". The exhibition is organized by the City of Niederbronn-les-Bains as part of the 100th anniversary of the local spa resort, with the support of the Society of Friends of De Dietrich.

A 1962 E40 Transtar is on loan to The Studebaker National Museum and currently on display in the museum's Lower Level. Not only is it a
great example of a Studebaker truck, but also it supported Studebaker's
record-setting runs at Bonneville Salt Flats in 1962 and 1963. Visitors can
see one of the cars it supported, the #9 Avanti, in our Upper Level

1989 Honker Arrives at Polish Roads Automotive Museum
The Polish Roads „Polskie Drogi” Museum has obtained a 1989 Honker with a 1500cc gasoline engine. The museum will restore it from a firetruck to its original state in which it left the factory. The Honker was designed as a light utility vehicle primarily for the military and public safety organizations. Over the years, it has become one of the most distinctive Polish off-road vehicles, so the museum is thrilled that another example will regain its original appearance.
NAMT Displays 1970 Peugeot 404 Utility
This 1970 Peugeot 404 Utility is currently on display at the National Automobile Museum of Tasmania. Launched in 1960, the Peugeot 404 was powered by a 1618cc alloy-head inline four producing 72 horsepower, tied to a fully-synchronised column-shift four-speed manual. Its simple mechanical layout and over-engineered suspension earned it a reputation for reliability in harsh environments, especially in rural Europe, North Africa and South America. Many were assembled locally outside France, including in Kenya, Argentina and Australia, helping the 404 utility become a worldwide workhorse.
