From fixing neighbor’s cars to raise enough money to get his own The Mike Malamut Museum is now a big private auto and memorabilia collection, which is not open to the public, but visits can be arranged for car clubs, schools etc.

The Buses of Yellowstone Preservation Trust, Inc. was formed in 2008 by a small group of passionate bus owners with plans to preserve or restore Yellowstone Park buses built from 1917 to 1939. The goal is not only to display these buses in museums but to take them to various events around the country and let people ride in them to experience the same thrill and adventure that excited passengers in Yellowstone Park decades ago.

The Wellborn Musclecar Museum is devoted to the great American automobiles of the 1960’s and 1970’s, showcasing classics such as the Charger, the Road Runner and the SuperBee, as well as the nation’s largest high-performance Dodge collection.

In the heart of downtown Wichita, the Museum is located in the original 1890 City Hall with its 170-foot tall clock tower. This exceptional, AAM-accredited museum features four floors of special and long-term exhibits examining Wichita and Sedgwick County’s rich history and cultural heritage. The museum’s collection of 70,000 artifacts includes a Wichita-built 1916 Jones Six automobile, a full-scale Victorian home interior and many other exhibits embodying the area’s vibrant history from its settlement in the 1860s to the era of aviation and electric guitars.

The Collection on Palmetto which was opened in May, 2020 features a carefully curated collection of Brass-Era automobiles which demonstrate the progression of automotive engineering throughout that formative time. Engines large and small tell the story of industry, growth and innovation.

The Cayman Motor Museum features the first car ever brought to the Cayman Islands: a 1905 Cadillac brought in from Havana Cuba in 1914. Among Ferraris, Rally Cars, Porsches, and Bentleys there are also motorbikes, power race boats, plenty of artwork and motor memorabilia. The Cayman Motor Museum is the realization of a vision by businessman Andreas Ugland to have a local showroom to share his collection of exotic, rare, and classic motorcars and motorbikes.

Paul Cook started the Kempner PowerWagon Museum to display his collection of incredible Dodge military and civilian four wheel drive trucks. He wanted to share his trucks and his knowledge about them.

A Memorial Museum to Honor the men of the 12th Armored Division as a teaching and research museum, utilizing their historical collection to educate the Public about World War II and it's importance on Society, Camp Barkeley and Abilene, Texas.

A 22,000 sq. ft. classic auto museum, featuring 35 cars from the 1940s through 1980s. There are Corvettes, Thunderbirds, Buicks, Pontiacs, Chryslers, as well as vintage scooters. Besides autos, you will visit the Clifton Memories Room which has Clifton/Bosque County memorabilia from the 1950s through 1970s.
